The ExtensoPrep is used for rounding and long moulding of dough samples, e.g. according to AACCI Method No. 54-10.01 , ICC Standard No. 114/1 or ISO 5530-2. It can be used within the modular ExtensoGraph system together with ExtensoFerm and ExtensoBase or extend an ExtensoGraph compact unit.
