The ExtensoFerm is used for fermenting dough samples, e.g. according to AACCI Method No. 54-10.01 , ICC Standard No. 114/1 or ISO 5530-2. It can be used within the modular ExtensoGraph system together with ExtensoPrep and ExtensoBase or extend an ExtensoGraph compact unit.
