Anuga FoodTec: silver medal for Rapid Flour Check
A trade audience from all over the world took a real interest in Brabender GmbH’s innovations at this leading food technology trade fair.
Anuga FoodTec is the most important source of inspiration for the international food technology industry. At this year’s edition more than 50,000 trade visitors from 152 countries visited the 1,657 exhibitors to find out more about what they are doing. Anuga FoodTec was a complete success for Brabender, bringing many positive new contacts and specific inquiries.
“We received many inquiries for the MVAG for low- and high-viscosity foods. Visitors from the cereals industry took a particular interest in the GlutoPeak with Rapid Flour Check feature. As far as laboratory extrusion of analog meat products was concerned, the star of the show was the Lab-Compounder KETSE 20/40 with Modular Cooling Die”, Jürgen Willmann, Sales Director Brabender Food Division, explained.
Guided tour and International FoodTec Silver Award
Around 30 curious participants visited the Duisburg-based company’s booth as part of a guided tour around the trade fair. Jessica Wiertz, Head of Application Lab Food, and Jürgen Willmann, Sales Director Food Division, provided the attentive guests with valuable information in their presentation about the GlutoPeak and the innovative “Rapid Flour Check” method. The booth team also provided a live demonstration of the Quadrumat Junior mill.
Brabender won a silver medal at Anuga FoodTec’s International FoodTec Awards for its innovative “Rapid Flour Check” method.
