Bran Duster - additional equipment for the Quadrumat^® Junior and Senior:

• Increased yield

• Precise adjustment of the ash content

The Bran Duster is an additional equipment for the Quadrumat^® Senior and Junior for precisely adjusting the ash content and yield of a wheat flour. Flour particles still adhering to the bran after processing in the Quadrumat^® Senior or Junior are carefully separated - the yield is further increased by some 10 % and the ash content is even more approximated to that of commercially milled flours. Moreover, the Bran Duster can be used for precisely adjusting the yield to that of a special type of flour.
