The Rotary Pulverizer System Wiley grinds manifold materials prior to the analysis:

• Fibrous materials like

– plastics

• Rigid materials like

– roots

– cocoa shells

The material is filled through a hopper into the grinding chamber of the mill. A slide gate at the hopper outlet permits precise dosing of the material.

The grinding chamber has four stationary cutting knives of first-class special steel. A rotor with six adjustable knives operates edge against edge with the stationary knives.

Interchangeable sieves (0.5 / 1.0 / 1.5 / 2.0 / 3.0 / 4.0 / 5.0 mm) at the bottom of the grinding chamber make it easy to vary the degree of fineness according to your needs.
