Film Test Line
The Film Test Line is a compact unit for fully automatic optical checking of extruded films. The integrated Film Quality Analyzer detects all common faults such as gels, black specks, fisheyes, holes down to a minimum particle size of 35 µm - quickly, precisely, continuously.
Film production as such is done automatically by means of an automatic film intake sequence and, in case of blown films, with bubble diameter control. The entire line can be networked.
The Film Test Line stands out for
• fully automatic operation
• measurement and evaluation without blanks
• on-line display of particle information
• parallel display of camera video and particle pictures
• automatic film assessment through film grade determination
• optional marking of faults on the film
• optionally with hazemeter and/or NIR density measurement
• multitasking through Windows™ NT
