Standards and Industrial Research Institute of Malaysia or also well known in short as SIRIM has bought their new Brabender Twin Screw Extruder Lab-Compounder KETSE 20/40 through our agent, C. Melchers GmbH & Co.   

An on site training and trials of the nano composite material was successful carried out in SIRIM by Area Sales Manager, Mr. Schelberg and the team of Brabender trained sales and services engineers of our agent. About 15 SIRIM personnel have participated in this training course and hands on of the equipments. SIRIM is also satisfied with the Compounder speed of 1.200 rpm for compounding nano composite from very low MFI value HDPE material which is only 0.08 g/10min.

SIRIM will continue with more trials on other material with this newly purchased Brabender Twin Screw Extruder Lab-Compounder KETSE 20/40 in combination with their existing Plasti-Corder Rheometer Drive and measuring accessories.
