The Kernelyzer and Kernelyzer-M are double-beam NIT whole grain analyzers for testing all sorts of cereals and oil seeds for moisture, protein, gluten, Zeleny, fat, fibers, etc. The instruments stand out for many favorable process-technical features:
• no sample preparation
• up to 16 measurements per grain sample in less than 1 min
• integrated flour measuring cell in the Kernelyzer-M (optional for the Kernelyzer)
• double-beam measurement with changeable pathlength
• excellent reproducibility, very good transmission of calibrations, minimum data scattering (proven in tests)
• software with direct control via an 11" color touch-screen in many languages
• suited for network operation
